Answers to the questions we get most. If yours is not here, write to us. We really do answer.
On the Home screen, the gold card âInvite your partnerâ opens the pairing screen: create the code, share it by message, and your other half enters it on their phone. It lasts thirty minutes. Everything each of you had becomes private, and the shared story starts brand new. That is on purpose: what you wrote before you met is yours, not theirs.
Discover deals you real places and events around you, like a deck of cards. Swipe right to like, left to pass, up to add it to your plans with a date. The deck remembers what you like and never shows a passed card again. Five cards a day are free; a share gives you thirty. If you are somewhere else, tap the pin at the top to search around another town.
Yes, entirely. The deck, memories, plans, goals, the question of the day: all of it works. You write to yourself while you wait, and the day you pair up, what you wrote stays yours, kept private until you decide to open it.
Check your spam folder first, then tap âResend the codeâ. You have to wait a minute between two sends. Note that disposable addresses are refused: your account is kept by that address, so it has to be a lasting one.
Check the switch in the app Settings, then your phone notification settings. You also choose what to be told about: the flame, dates, plans, capsules, goals. An unchecked family never rings again. 2Gether announces at most one thing a day, so silence is often good news: everything is done.
Settings, then âEdit my profileâ. Your first name and date of birth change in one gesture, and the change follows everywhere: the name your other half sees, the birthday on the calendar. For the email address, your password is asked first, then a code arrives at the new address.
Nothing is destroyed. Each of you leaves with what was private, and the shared life stays in the couple you both left. We keep it for one year, in case you come back, and if you do, we ask you first: pick your story up where it stopped, or start a fresh one. After a year without you, it is erased for good.
Each of you pays their own share. One share lifts your own limits, two shares together lift the couple limits. A share follows the person, not the couple: it survives a break up and comes with you to the next one. One of you can also pay for both at once, which is the only way if you share a single Apple Account. And if a subscription ends, nothing is ever deleted. We simply stop taking more.
Settings, then âDelete my accountâ. Deletion is immediate and final, photos included. If you were paired, the couple you shared is destroyed with it, and your other half leaves with what was theirs alone, so it is worth telling them before you do it.
A problem, an idea, a kind word. We read everything, and a real person answers.
